Foe me: Like an uninspired Boutique-ish Hotel, Roommate: Loves everything

Recognition as Spite is good. Upgrade also. Nice building from outside, in the center of The Hague. Free Minibar incl. Snacks. Rituals Amenities.
Checkin Agent promised to post the Welcome Points. Never came. Had to write an email after checkout.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Paid 134,08 EUR + Breakfast and 3000 Points for 1 Person. OK Value for me, not much choice for IHG in The Hague.
Corona-Proof Breakfast (You have to fill out a form and in the morning you can pick it up, no additional cost).
