I got to have my Lamb Chop with Beef Flavored Rice-A-Roni. My wife was hungry for some beef tonight and I threw her a curve ball with Lamb Shoulder Blades. Of course, I got to eat more than my serving here as she had a smaller piece, but still could only finish half.

Broiled with Lawry's Garlic Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper as the seasoning. My wife created her "dip" of a Meyer's Lemon Squeezed into Kikkoman's Soy Sauce. It's one her favorite seasonings for beef coming from the Philippines.
