Airlines realize that the only pax who currently travel are those who "have" to travel.
Hence they try to get expensive fares from them even though flights have light loads. Very few awards.
Regarding quarantine, I was under the impression that the 3-day rule was to be applied "soon". It was more of a deterrent for Canadians not to leave now and return with hotel quarantine.It seems unclear if it will be operational by 5 February.
