Their website specifically says they don't do resort to resort transfers, although I suppose it doesn't hurt to ask.
If you need to stay in Male for a night, I'd recommend staying either at the Hotel Jen (a Shang-ri La chain hotel) or the Samann Grand. Hotel Jen is the most expensive hotel on Male since it belong to a luxury brand, but at least you'll know what you're getting. Samann Grand offers free direct transfers from the airport so you don't need to worry about having to haggle for a taxi or something.
