I just have to post my status run. I've told my wife, but she just rolls her eyes and doesn't quite get it...but I know you all will!!!! I'm just too excited.

07/2020 - Signed up for the Chase Hyatt cc
11/2020 - 60k points after $6k in spend
02/15/21--2/28/21 - Made a trip happen to go visit family, we've been putting it off for a while and now seemed like the perfect time. 13 nights in total for 26 nights for status run. Another 33.5K points from paying for stays with Chase Hyatt cc(24.5 pts per dollar). Staying at 5 separate properties for a free night certificate

So, basically after my 1 yr anniversary I will have

Free night certificate - anniversary
Free night certificate - 5 brands
Free night certificate - $15K spend in 1 yr on Hyatt cc
Free night certificate - 30 qualifying nights (5 from Chase Hyatt + 26 from 13 nights vacation = 31 + 2 nights for $5k spend on Hyatt CC = 33 nights)
2 club lounge passes - 20 nights (mostly useless though)
2 club lounge passes - 30 nights (mostly useless though)
99,500 points from spend + bonus in 1st year worth at most 6 nights

All in all 11 free nights from 1yr of Chase Hyatt CC + Globalist status to use on those 11 nights!!!!

Whooop Whoop

I've been eyeing the Hyatt in Zanzibar for redemption of at least a few of these night, seems like great value, and then possibly a couple nights in Paris. My wife and I have a 10-year anniversary in 2022 that works out great!

One quick side question - expiration of the free night certificates? Is it 365 days after date of issuance or (I'm hoping) do they expire in December of the following year you earn them? Might be wishful thinking. Hoping the World can get back to some sort of semblance of enjoyable travel by fall 2022.
