Assuming that the extra W is a typo, the fare is fully refundable:

Code:
CANCELLATIONS

BEFORE DEPARTURE
CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED.
NOTE - TEXT BELOW NOT VALIDATED FOR AUTOPRICING.
-- EXCHANGE - CHANGE TO 1ST TICKETED FLIGHT /
WHOLLY UNUSED TICKET
--
RESIDUAL VALUE MAY BE REFUNDED OR APPLIED
TOWARD PURCHASE OF MOST DOMESTIC OR
INTERNATIONAL FARES / EXCLUSIONS APPLY /
TICKET AT CURRENT FARE LEVELS ANY DIFFERENCE
IN FARE/TAX/COLLECTED/REFUNDED AT TIME OF
EXCHANGE.

AFTER DEPARTURE
CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED.
NOTE - TEXT BELOW NOT VALIDATED FOR AUTOPRICING.
--CALCULATE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FARE PAID AND
QUALIFYING FARE FOR TRAVEL COMPLETE
USING FARES OF ORIGINAL TICKET DATE /
REFUND RESIDUAL VALUE IF ANY TO ORIGINAL
FORM OF PAYMENT.
This is where you'd see discussion of a cancellation fee, if there were any. No cancellation fee, no penalty for a refund.

Incidentally, there are refundable PE fares, but I doubt that you want to buy them -- for $1500 more than your fully-refundable W fare, you can get a refundable A fare with a $300 cancellation penalty.
Just tried booking the trip, but this time it came up with a different code-

WHX87NCT

I looked through the cancellations section and could not find any "CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED" which I assume is the relevant text? Thanks-
