Somewhat related, I recently purchased a very Canadian cocktail book: A Toast From Coast to Coast. Some interesting drinks - there's even a couple of recipes in there from two of my favourite bars in YXE.
Great idea, especially since you talked me into buying the cubed ice set that i'm eager to test out.
