I am wondering how connections will work under these new rules. Let's say you fly LAX to YYZ, but your destination is Thunder Bay or Ottawa. Can you even purchase a connecting flight now since it seems like you'll be forced to quarantine at the point you arrive in Canada, not at your final destination? Are you able to take a connecting flights to get home after the 3 days, or do you need to wait out the full 14 before you can board a plane again?
