You're right. I didn't notice that and I checked that against my spreadsheet. It is my starting XP for the past three years: 1 January 2019 651XP, 1 January 2020 632XP and 1 January 2021 383XP (right before FB gave me the 249XP surplus support for 383XP + 249XP = 632XP).
