We did takeout from Beef O’Brady’s last night. I ordered grilled shrimp with broccoli and a baked potato. The baked potato was a substitution for the rice listed on the menu. My conversation with the bartender taking the order over the phone convinced me I had been clear, because she asked if I wanted the rice in addition to the potato (no). The order ticket in the bag definitely showed the correct order. However, when I got home and opened the styrofoam box, there was rice and no potato. My father-in-law’s prime rib sandwich was to his liking and that counts for more so I think we will continue ordering from there. I will definitely bring up the potato mix-up when I pickup my next order and open each box on the bar to inspect the contents.
