Apologies for the delay on wrapping this one up, we’ve spent the last couple of weekends out of town and work has been crazy.

After our feast the day before, the GF and I slept in and, armed with a 4pm checkout, headed down to the beach for one last day of relaxation.






After enjoying our last few hours on the beach we headed back up to our room for a quick shower and throwing the final items in our bags. We retrieved the Blueberry from the front of the hotel and loaded our bags. Soon after we were off for the quick drive to CUN. We topped off the tank before returning the car to Hertz. There was a large scratch on the trunk that they tried to charge us for, thankfully we had taken plenty of photos when we picked up the vehicle and once we showed that to the lot manager we were off to the terminal.





After a quick shuttle ride we were dropped off at T3 to check our bags. The priority line was fairly empty and we were airside in no time








After navigating the duty free maze, and grabbing a few things to take back home, we were off in search of the Priority Pass lounge. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the lounge was closed so we settled for a quick bite and brews at Margaritaville. There weren’t many other options open in the airport.















After a bit of plane spotting, it was time to board.
