Could you not simply show the virtual version of the card which can be displayed in the Air France app? I did that once, in Italy I think it was, and it was accepted immediately. Oddly, I have found Russian lounge agents to be pretty amazing and flexible. Once in a busy Moscow SVO, I was let in and told that if I could find a seat anywhere I could stay. I wasn't eligible because I was on a domestic SU flight. So I pulled out my Priority Pass and she waved me in! Must just have been lucky.
