Plans changed (thanks to all who helped before) so I will no longer be renting in Chicago one-way to Florida (Premium Elite SUV). Instead I will be going from the DC Area to Florida in mid-February. I will be using Free Days (EE) to make the trip. I do not see a Premium Elite SUV Option, so I am looking at booking a Luxury Car reservation instead (didn't do Luxury SUV as I don't want/need a 7-seater SUV).

My question is BWI, DCA, or IAD for the rental? I will be coming in on Amtrak so I can either get off at BWI or take the Metro/Lyft from DC Union Station to the DCA or IAD. I have looked through the "Cars Rented" threads and saw nothing really recent for BWI. Any recent experiences or thoughts with one location over the other? Also, any experiences with Luxury Car reservations and what are some of the current options that reservation may get? Lastly, the In-Town National Location is an option in D.C., however I noticed the one at Union Station is listed as close. I don't mind in-town but I realize the options may be slim to none.
