How strict is JAL about the 100 watt hour battery restriction? Will be flying from LAX to KIX in May, and am debating if I should take a 110 watt hour battery with me, which is barely over the limit. Shipping costs for 100+ watt hour lithium-ion batteries are absurdly expensive in the thousands of dollars and a lot of red tape. Not sure if this restriction is more TSA than the airline itself. Thanks!
