Let us know what kind of answer you get! In my previous experience, when explicitly asking for something else than a canned answer from FB (after the purser on a disappointing flight suggested me to do so), I still got a cut & paste response... Problem was absolutely not taken care of, and this added a bit of an insult to injury.
