Funny you should ask. I thought of that too and had my office manager call to make sure all PNRs reflected EXP status. When I didn't upgrade at 100 hours on this last flight - and someone else appeared to have, I had her call again to check. Seems like the last leg hadn't been updated. I know the 2nd and 3rd legs did since I was able to upgrade in the EXP window. Not sure it would have made a difference but she had the EXP desk go through all reservations again. Maybe no upgrades, but the good news is the EXP desk is sure helpful...
