That's a good point and one of the downsides of using Twitter or the Globalist line - you're reducing contact with your concierge and, in turn, you're going to take longer to (or never) develop that kind of relationship where you get personal/special/consistent treatment that goes beyond what a rotating group of Twitter/phone line agents will be able to provide.
