I just hit EXP two weeks ago too. But oddly, my upgrade ratio since turning EXP has dropped precipitously. It may be bad luck, but I was running about 95% as PLT. As a newly minted EXP, I have 2 flights within my upgrade window that haven't upgraded yet and don't seem like they will. One now has 2 seats left and the other 1. Go figure....
