It also states in the property description that housekeeping is available 3 times a week, which is a pretty big indicator of it being a serviced apartment rather than a luxury hotel.
Fair, then we should not bother this and should be more cautious the next time. However, the shower problem cannot be resolved as it is a design defect, and also the front desk told us the booking.com rate them as 5-star while booking.com told us the property rates themselves. That's pretty unpleasant.
