So the pricing is now out. Launching in July at 67k, rising to 79k in peak August season. Dropping quickly down to 38k by October.

Dont be fooled by the main poster CGI photo of the pool next to the sea. Its not on the beach. Its on a hillside, with a motorway and its sister resort the Royal Blue inbetween this resort and the sea. Given its sister resort has only a small manmade marina type beach, I cant see that there will be room for guests from this new property to fit even if they did manage the trek. Nothing in the literature mentions a beach, so I reckon this might not be included/access. You'll have to drive to a public beach somewhere.
