CM is a better run airline, and PTY is generally an easier connection. Neither has particularly good service, though AV can be truly abysmal as opposed to CM ranging from okay to not very good.

I don't think AV schedule is particularly reliable. I'm seeing MVD-BOG once per week currently. They're known to be horrible about rebooking if they cancel your flight.
