Once again, don't forget to add in a charge for the (non-trivial) probability that the company will go bankrupt before you get your $300k back. Also, what about limits on the number of memberships they sell? How do you know you will GET that palace when you want it? And what "super-rich person" would only go on a vacation if they could get together 4 couples to make it $7k instead of $28k per week?

I agree that membership stays won't be popping up on Priceline, but I bet they will on Ebay!
