I understand that flights out of Australia are highly regulated and limited due to the coronavirus and I would really appreciate your help.

We're currently trying to organise our relocation back from Australia to Germany and we have a pet bunny that we don't want to leave behind. We have contacted several animal transport services and all of them told us that their carrier (Emirates Cargo) currently doesn't allow rabbits due to limited space.
The second option is to take him with us in the cabin but the information we got from different airlines is that according to Australian law pets are not allowed in the cabin on flights out of Australia. However, we have been in touch with the responsible Australian ministry who confirmed us that such a law/regulation does not exist.

Does anyone have insights what Airlines that currently fly MEL - FRA do allow pets (a rabbit) in the cabin or how we would be able to get in touch with someone to organise this trip?
