Grundlagen §7 does not single out Raja as the only party to be bound, it is a blanket statement saying it is not permissible to prevent citizens from entering the country, isn't it?
Again, I am only arguing for ..... and giggles, in the light of how much constitution waving I've seen before. But the state (through the airline it controls) has now introduced means to actually preventing citizens from returning if they are sick or if they refuse to take what is only a recommended test for other citizens. I am still surprised there is no constitution-waving going on.
Remember that in Sweden alone there are as many Finns as in Helsinki. Imagine the headlines if Helsinkians were denied what others are entitled to.
