T and A are next to each other. And what they say is essentially true: not including a bathroom stop, you can be from any gate to any gate in ATL within 10-12 minutes. It has its issues, but ATL is a VERY efficient airport.
Hah! It's more like 15 Minutes from 1 Concourse to another Concourse, if you need to go further add 3 minutes for each Concourse.
