I second that that there is no service in J for AV dom. flights (however, BOG-MDE is very short, around 25-30min, so it doesn't matter). Pre-Covid, the AV lounges at BOG were fairly good (I liked the dom. lounge in particular).

I was on AV GRU-BOG return in 2019 in J (A330). Whilst the hard product was OK the service onboard was appalling. I have no experience with COPA.

If it was me I would make flight times, overall flight time, price and convenience my No 1 priority rather than certain standard for hard and soft products that could turn out not be met for the particular flights.
