Apologies if I have misunderstood you, but it appears that:

1. you are unaware that the IB+ website can be accessed in English - use the dropdown box with the country setting
2. you are unaware that in Europe, dates are done as DAY, MONTH, YEAR. i.e. today would be 24/01/2021. The system will default if you try to enter something incorrect, such as a month "24" or text such as "JAN".
