Breakfast at Hilton Slussen is almost back at pre-Covid-19 standards. The breakfast is served buffet style, however all cold options are served in individual per serving glass or ceramics jars. Hot items are self served. Omeletters and egg dishes can be ordered from kitchen.

Cold items; Ham, turkey, Italian cold cuts, smoked salmon, pickled herring, selection of cheese, selection of fresh sliced vegetables, smoothies, selection of milk, yogurts and dairy derivates. lactose-free and vegan dairy derivates, fresh fruits; pineapple, watermelon and honeydew, fruit sallad [pineapple, watermelon, honeydew and concord grapes],
Cereals; self serv five type of cereals/müsli, Cornflakes [boxed].
Hot items; Pancakes [this Swedish style], oatmeal, baked beans, fried tomatoes, scrambled eggs [made from real egg, no powder], soft boiled eggs [actually was soft boiled!], hard boiled eggs, bacon.
