I have a BA Executive Club account and was trying to open an Iberia account. But I faced some issues, and it is also a challenge with the different language.

When I try to enter my date of birth it automatically changes the date to 1 when I enter the month. I need a valid date of birth as I want it to match my BA information.

The password is also limited to six characters which does not seem secure.

Reading the comments here makes me wonder whether it is a good idea to try to open an Iberia account and transfer my BA avios. The main benefit to me is the lower fees with Iberia.

Do they have a number in the US to call?
