With the Grand Club closed, is the hotel offering alternatives as compensation, such as free drinks or appetizers?
We'll be going to Atlanta and considering a detour to try out GH Nashville.
They said they gave free breakfast, but I told them it doesn't take care of the evening time when the club is closed. I actually told them that other Hyatts gave me a $25 credit per night and they agreed to give that to me as well.
