I’d say very borderline and I imagine BAs BWC will change soon to reflect the uncertainty as they aren’t going to shut off their cash.

if you HAVE to book something I’d go for a BA Holiday where you lose the deposit up to 3 weeks before and changes outside the BWC policy are £100 plus fare difference in flight and £25 plus difference in hotel.

I’d personally wait however as flights booked before March took a while to be incorporated into the current BWC policy. As sure as night follows day, BA will have more sales and promotions than DFS to stimulate booking too.
