• The centurion member plus guest means I can't use the benefit when traveling with my wife & kids without a significant surcharge. The challenges of handling multiple pieces of luggage, keeping track of kids, getting them through security, etc. is where I see value in a service like this. Solo travel, not so much...

As far as booking, centurion services handles the initial request with a PS "concierge" e-mailing you to arrange the details.
