I suppose to fly BA widebody from MAD to LHR using the 50% avios redemption ticket in May 2021.

BA cancelled the widebody service and right now only Iberia operates a widebody aircraft between the two cities.

If I call BA and ask them to accommodate me on IB flight would they agree on that or not?
