Funny thing is, ANA was always the cheapest ticket PEK-NRT-ORD when I was living in Beijing. In fact, depending on the promotion, it was sometimes cheaper to fly to ORD than it was to NRT! Like US$500 RT to ORD, and about the same to NRT.
Of course, you could always fly Iran Air (IR) NRT-PEK-NRT a few days a week..... if you wanted a cheapie.
