The obvious point is that people here are trying to avoid paying the fare difference, which would be the case under the Standard Customer Guidelines as opposed to BWC. As it happens fares have fallen, so in some cases that the 300 mile factor is a distraction. Where there are references to paying or refunding a small amount of TFC then you know this is what has heppened.
