I had to cancel two bookings on Jan 18
One booking this was the first cancellation in the booking and the phone agent could process - refund came Jan 20
One booking had already had a cancellation and change and needed to be pushed to another office for a "manual refund" - still waiting.
Just to be clear, not a complaint, just a data point. The phone agent made it clear that he manual refund would take longer, but should still go through without any further action from me.
