Recently a US agent took a $242.80 ticket, deducted a $200 voucher and said there was "nothing to charge tax on" for MissBumpMe! and me.

$242.80 ticket was free.

...even though I was fully expecting to pay $42.80 AFTER the voucher was deducted! ^
