Hi John,

Just off the phone to them now, They managed to change me from EDI-IST for June now and have ticketed it. Obviously if I wanted to cancel I would only get a FTV unless they cancel a leg then I woild get a refund only on the Sofia fare which was substantially less than IST.

The biggest problem on the phone was getting manager approval as Sofia to IST was 307 miles
