Spouse applied for Ink Unlimited on 1/15 (has 2 existing Chase business cards and 5 Chase personal cards). Called the status line and got the 7-10 day message, which I assumed was a bad sign. Decided to wait it out and noticed a new account showed up in his online profile on 1/19, despite the app status line still having the 7-10 day message. Got the approval email on 1/20.
