Kentucky Fried Chicken. I loved the original recipe and thought it was the best friend chicken in the world. Hate to admit this, but I still love KFC and it's still the best fried chicken in the world, far as I'm concerned. Like the driver in the movie The Greenbook, would love to actually have KFC in Kentucky! Maybe, I'll actually get the chance to this year.

Suffice it to say, my mother didn't share my culinary tastes.
