can anyone help figure out how i can link giant md to shell fr like i did my s&s a while ago? csr insists that using alt id phone number in my Giant profile should display discount at the pump, and it matches my fr account alt id. but it still only ever shows the s&s discount, even after i changed alt id number in s&s profile to something different.
