Similar timescale here. BA Holidays booking, including a 2-4-1 for flight element.

14 Jan ... Flight cancellation (LGW-PUJ)
16 Jan ... Contact with BA Agent[s]. Avios and 2-4-1 refunded in minutes.
17 Jan ... Amex refund posted for both Flight and Hotel aspects.

If only one didn't need to telephone!
