You certainly can overnight at any hotel near LHR if you need to do so - there aren't specified quarantine hotels, but wherever you do stay you do need to self isolate whilst you are there.
In terms of moving the two weeks sees wrong. You should be able to move to end of June at the least, and this seems to be other folks experience, so maybe worth a call again?
Thank you Karfa for your quick reply. I will call again this afternoon, maybe the German number instead of the French one. You seem right that I got wrong information, at least for the overnight hotel, as he told me that I have to reserve it on BA.Com and choose one of the special "quarantine ones", present the voucher at check in in NCE and arriving at LHR would have to follow a special corridor to a special hotel shuttle bus. Went on BA.com and could not find any link or information of such kind of procedure or hotel booking link.
21.01 : Called the EC in Germany, and the lady after checking my booking rules told me I can postpone without additional charges or Avios until Oct 7 2021 ( my ticket was issued Oct 7 2020) in the same travel class, must be same routing and I must have completed the journey by Oct 7. As I would postpone it so far away there must also be redemption availibility in the booking class.
