I understood that we had to pay a fee, I know the risk when you buy a restricted fare. I was just surprised by the amount, I changed tickets other times and it was never more that $100. Also, I usually receive all the fare conditions with the receipt, but this time was nothing except the itineray, that's why it took me by surprise.
