My husband and I bought LAX-MAD coach tickets in BA.com. Due to an emergency while in Spain we had to change our return dates. BA asked for 192 euros (around $200) each.

Isn't this too much? I know we bought a restricted fare but I couldn't find anywhere on the email or the receipt they sent us how much the fee would be. I thought $100 max.

We paid it to be able to come back, but do you think I can complain to BA in the US and get some of the money back?
