Comment: Booked this room rate at $58 for a Thursday night for 2 guests, even though it was only me. From what I understand, Mandalay Bay is closed midweek and they shuffle all guests from there to Delano so the hotel was "booked" (even though all rooms were available to be booked). Because of the Thurs. night stay, not all restaurants are open too during midweek now. The 3940 Coffee and Tea House was closed on the day of check-out for breakfast. Desk agents directed me to the House of Blues instead for breakfast. Resort fee not waived despite lack of amenities and 10pm check-in. Very frustrating stay with the lack of upgrade and lack of dining availability. No room service available after 10pm (pretty much all dining stops at 10pm at the property). The room was not in good shape (lots of damages in the room on the walls/doors). My folio including $40 from breakfast at House of Blues + $70 from House of Blues (lunch menu take out) - all food included was waived so there seems to be some flexibility in dining if 3940 is not open. Parking is still free, but the Mlife desk would not match my Caesar's Diamond card.

Still waiting on Hyatt credit to show up - they usually take a while, but do show up.
