I just called delta reservations for the first time in a while. I thought I misdialed, the automated voice guy is identical to United's. And I don't remember it always being this way on Delta. Wouldn't they think to choose a different voice separate from one of their competitors? Other airlines all seem to have distinct voices, and I always thought the United guy was pretty distinct until now.
