Yes, I'm a big fan of Mokotow. I've stayed many times.
I've been seeing the same faces at the FD for ages which is a good sign.

Give Reduta a try. The new HbH concept means King size beds vs max Queen, the shower is resigned with a ridge to stop leaks, bigger TV and of course the fridge. The desk is very, very small.
Reduta is in a very poor location if you're not using Uber/Bolt or have a private car. There's nothing around the hotel except a Shell, not even a Zabka.

Balancing the two, I guess Mokotow is the winner having bigger rooms. I just liked how new Reduta was and of course, it was empty.
