Mostly on-topic, but has anyone flying over the last while observed any change in the probability of getting on op-up?

I get that op-ups in the Before Times were driven by a variety of factors, some of which were certainly load related. I also get that the sample size is much lower now but was simply curious to know if anyone had actually received (or seen someone else receive) one lately.
