No. Actually, the indoor lounge space is still open for sitting (just not eating) - which makes the restriction even more perplexing considering other indoor lounges at PHL allow both eating and sitting. The seating has been socially distanced at a reduced capacity - the same as when the lounge initially reopened a few months ago. The bar is currently closed.
